Regarding
cancellation fees

-Full refund for reservations canceled more than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date -If canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% will be refunded. -No refunds will be given for reservations canceled less than 1 day before the scheduled arrival date. *The standard time is Japan time. Special Free Cancellation -When a special warning of Level 3 or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Nago City on the check-in date. -When the airplanes scheduled to be used on the check-in date are exempted from cancellation fees due to a natural disaster. -When highways are closed on the check-in date, making it physically impossible to reach the resort. *Except in the above special cases, the cancellation fee rules remain the same.

Please note that wifi may be weak. We do not change towels and bed sheets every day due to ecological efforts, but please let us know if you wish. Only signal that works at Treeful is AU. Since our resort is a sustainable resort, we use a water heater called EcoCute to make hot water. We prepare 450 liters of hot water in 24 hours, about 4 showers and 1 bathtub. Pets are welcome at our resort, but they are not allowed in the guest rooms. If pets are brought into the rooms, a cleaning fee of 55,000 yen will be charged.If you agree to having your pets outdoors, you can bring it in for 15,000 yen per pet.
